What is the minimum order?
Twenty units in total across the cosmetics, in any combination: you can order a single piece of one product as long as the cart reaches twenty. The tester box has a fixed price and does not count towards the minimum.
How does the custom label work?
In the Label studio you type your brand name, choose the font, finish and lid and see the preview on the jar in real time. We add the regulatory part of the label (INCI, batch, PAO) ourselves.
Can I use my own logo or a custom design?
Yes. The Label studio covers most cases; if you already have a logo or want a bespoke design, message us on WhatsApp and we set it up together.
Where do you ship and what does it cost?
We ship across Italy, Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. The cost is calculated in the cart from the country and the weight. Details are on the Shipping page.
How can I pay?
By Visa, Mastercard or American Express when you order. For recurring orders or larger volumes we can agree other terms: get in touch.
Can I return an order?
The products carry your brand and are therefore made to order, so they cannot be returned on a change of mind. If a product arrives damaged or faulty we replace it: see Returns & refunds.
Do you provide product documentation?
Yes: a technical sheet and a safety data sheet are available for every formula, and the INCI list is printed on the label. Ask us on WhatsApp.
