1. Who we are

The unlabels.co site and Unlabels products are offered by BONS SRL, registered office at Corso Unione Sovietica 612/15/c, 10135 Torino (TO), Italy, VAT and tax code 11994670013 ("Unlabels", "we"). You can reach us from the Contact page, on WhatsApp or at info@unlabels.co.

2. Who we sell to

Unlabels sells white-label cosmetic products to professionals and businesses: barbers, salons, brands. By ordering you confirm that you are acting in the course of your trade. If you order as a consumer, the mandatory protections of consumer law apply in any case.

3. Products and labels

The formulas are made in Italy and comply with Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. The label carries the name and design you choose in the Label studio, plus the mandatory wording we add. You are responsible for having the right to use the names, logos and text you place on the label, and you hold us harmless from any third-party claim about them.

4. Orders

An order is concluded when we confirm its acceptance. The minimum orders shown on the site at the time of ordering apply. We reserve the right to refuse orders with unlawful or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are per unit, excluding VAT unless stated otherwise, in the currency of the selected region. Payment is taken when you order, by the methods shown in the cart.

6. Shipping

Shipping terms are described on the Shipping page. Risk of loss or damage passes on delivery.

7. Returns and warranty

Personalised products cannot be returned on a change of mind. Damaged or faulty products are replaced or refunded as described on the Returns & refunds page. Statutory warranties are unaffected.

8. Ambassador programme

Anyone who introduces new clients can join the ambassador programme. The rates, and the conditions under which a commission is earned and paid, are those published on that page at the time of the order they relate to.

9. Intellectual property

The formulas, the Unlabels product names, the site and its content remain our property. The brand and design you place on the label remain yours.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Turin, Italy have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
