Where we ship

• Italy. Tracked courier across Italy.
• Europe. Tracked express courier across the European Union.
• United Kingdom and United States. Tracked international shipping; any import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

What it costs

The shipping cost is calculated in the cart from the destination country and the weight of the order, before you confirm. No hidden fees: the total you see is the total you pay.

How long it takes

Products are labelled and packed after the order is confirmed. We send you the tracking as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier; delivery times depend on the destination.

A problem with a delivery?

If the parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will sort it out. See also Returns & refunds.
